Ali Alkhateeb serves as Manager of Strategy and Transformation at M42, where he oversees the organization’s strategy, growth and expansion in Bahrain. With a strong focus on partnership development and healthcare ecosystem building, he works closely with government stakeholders to drive initiatives that support national healthcare priorities and Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 objectives. In parallel, he plays an essential role within Amana Healthcare Bahrain, where he oversees operations and cross-functional alignment to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Ali’s career spans healthcare strategy, business development, and investment promotion across Bahrain’s public and private sectors.
Prior to joining M42, he spent over five years at the Bahrain Economic Development Board, where he played a key role in shaping the Kingdom’s healthcare investment strategy, attracting international investors, and strengthening relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, he contributed to the launch and growth of Delmon Rehab’s home care services, while also supporting revenue generation and strategic partnerships with government entities. He began his professional journey in operations and project management, as well as research in molecular medicine, co-authoring published studies in internationally recognized journals.
Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin and has completed a Business Strategy certification from Harvard Business School Online. Drawing on his multidisciplinary background and deep understanding of Bahrain’s healthcare landscape, he is focused on realizing M42’s strategic ambitions within Bahrain through the successful delivery of initiatives that support the advancement of the Kingdom’s healthcare sector.
