Mohammad Naser serves as the Director of Case Management at Amana Healthcare Bahrain, bringing over 17 years of healthcare experience across emergency care, stroke rehabilitation, and integrated case management. With a strong foundation in frontline care and system coordination, Mohammad plays a central role in building Bahrain’s first dedicated Case Management function within a long-term care facility – supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 healthcare objectives by enabling smoother patient transitions, reducing pressure on acute beds, and enhancing healthcare system efficiency.
Prior to joining Amana Healthcare Bahrain, Mohammad was the Senior Case Manager in Amana Healthcare in the UAE, where he built and led the Case Management and Patient & Family Education (PFE) teams. Mohammad began his career in the Emergency Department, later contributing to the development of the GCC’s first stroke unit in collaboration with Emirati physicians. Over the years, he has held progressively senior roles, leading patient acquisition and designing efficient transfer protocols between hospitals and long-term care facilities that helped ease pressure on tertiary hospitals, including during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mohammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. His humanitarian work in Gaza as part of the Gallant Knight 3 mission in 2023-2024, organized by M42 in collaboration with the UAE government, further demonstrates his commitment to care in crisis settings. Drawing on his deep understanding of patient needs, system navigation, and interdisciplinary collaboration, Mohammad is leading the development of patient acquisition pathways at Amana Healthcare Bahrain that ensure streamlined, patient-focused care transitions aligned with national healthcare objectives.
