Dr. Mohammed Al Saati serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Amana Healthcare Bahrain. A UK-educated medical doctor, Dr. Al Saati brings over a decade of expertise in strategy, operations, public health, healthcare investments, and health system design. His leadership will be key in shaping the future of long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation in Bahrain, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals to improve healthcare quality and accessibility.
Dr. Al Saati’s experience spans market entry strategies, performance optimization for healthcare providers, large-scale public health program implementation, and national health system transformations. At Amana Healthcare Bahrain, he is committed to delivering patient-centered care while fostering local clinical talent and driving innovative healthcare solutions that address the Kingdom’s evolving needs.
Prior to joining Amana Healthcare Bahrain, he led international operations and special projects at Mubadala Health, expanding the organization’s operational footprint. Before that, he was a strategy and management consultant at McKinsey & Company, delivering impactful projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Dr. Al Saati holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from St. George’s, University of London, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cambridge. His leadership will play a vital role in advancing Bahrain’s healthcare sector and ensuring sustainable, high-quality care for patients across the Kingdom.
